The facilities of the Temple are for the use of its members and its affiliate organizations. Members will be permitted the use of its facilities at charges which are set by the House and Rentals Committee. Affiliate Organizations will be permitted the use of facilities without charge, except for costs covering labor and supplies furnished. Civic and Communal Groups will be permitted to rent facilities subject to approval of the House and Rentals Committee.
