This Week in
the Torah
A
New Year's Resolution of Sorts
I
will put it out there right now... I am a tremendous believer in the
Golden Rule of "do unto others as you would have others do unto
you." If you look at this from the positive perspective,
one should treat others as one would like to be treated. And if
we look at this in the prohibitive manner, we say that one should not
treat others in ways that one would not like to be treated.

January to recommend congregants to positions of
leadership on the Board of Trustees. These terms
will range from one to three years beginning June 1, 2012.
We desire to
have this process be as open and transparent as possible. We
know that many of you have expertise in
finance, budget, organizational
development, fundraising and, hopefully, the desire to
serve. If you would like to nominate yourself for the
committee's consideration, we would love to hear from
you. Please contact Judy Uram no later
